Nowadays robots have already invaded into human life, finding a wide range of applications from industry to medicine and education. Many tasks that formerly were done by humans are currently carried out by robots. The present project concerns of an operation of a self–stocking synergetic robotic system that consists of two robotic arms. Specifically, the system is capable of placing a large-length object on a storage shelf. In addition, the application includes a control subsystem, responsible for monitoring and correcting the robotic movement, through image processing techniques. Finally, the system is capable of positioning an object with a random starting position on the shelf, or to transfer the object from a shelf with a specific height on a shelf with a different height.
